You can shorten one link without an account. To access more features like custom short codes, analytics, QR codes, and password protection, create a free account.

Links are permanent by default. Premium users can set expiration dates for analytics data retention, but the redirect itself never expires unless you delete the link.

Yes! The free plan includes 100 links per month, unlimited tracked clicks, and 30 days of stats retention. Paid plans unlock additional features like custom domains, unlimited links, and extended analytics.

Yes. Free users get 5 custom back-halves per month. Custom codes can contain letters, numbers, dots, underscores, and hyphens (max 64 characters).

Yes. When creating or editing a link, you can set a password. Visitors will be prompted to enter the password before being redirected. This feature requires a registered account.

The short code becomes available again and all associated analytics data is permanently deleted. Anyone clicking the old link will get a 404 error.

Yes. You can update the destination URL at any time from your dashboard. The change takes effect immediately and the Redis cache is automatically invalidated.

SwiftURL tracks clicks, geographic location (country), browser, operating system, device type, referrer source, and QR code scans. Premium users get real-time analytics via WebSocket.

Yes. Every shortened link can have a QR code generated. Free users get 50 QR codes per month. Scans via QR code are tracked separately in analytics.

Yes. QR scans are automatically detected and logged with a dedicated flag in analytics, so you can see exactly how many clicks came from QR codes vs. direct links.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through our payment processor.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your settings page. Your premium features remain active until the end of your billing period.

Yes! Students with a valid student ID get the Starter plan features for free, including Redis-powered caching and 1 year of stats retention.

Your existing links continue to work and redirect normally. You'll lose access to premium features like real-time analytics and extended data retention, but no links are deleted.

Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), and follow security best practices including HSTS, XSS protection, and strict content-type policies.

We collect anonymous analytics (country, browser, device type) for link owners. We do not track visitors across sites, sell data, or use third-party trackers on redirect pages.

You can see anonymous metadata like country, browser, and device type. We do not expose IP addresses or personally identifiable information of link visitors.
